The kitchen is in an apartment. it @ 8 ft by 8 ft. The stove is to be replaced and needs a microwave, hood exaust lighted installed. The frig and dishwasher are new. White. we'll keep them. Needs new cabinets, counter under cabinet lighting, some outlets upgraded...from the 50's. maybe tile above counter and new flooring. new ceiling lighting. Thanks

hello, have a formica counter about 20 sq ft. would like to know how much it would be to have new formica made (need sink cut out), as well as the price for granite. thanks
